  1.  Does the prices include courier fees? 
     No, as courier fees varies as the petrol prices fluctuate, it is impossible to tell what that prices will be. Due to Post Office strikes on a regular basis, we are not making use of them. We have opt to use specialized courier services.

    1.1   Exchanging non-defective product(s)
    Within 5 (five)days of your order being delivered to your door or to your nearest post office, you can exchange the product(s) you ordered for a different size of the exact same product as long as the preferred size being requested is available on Lu-May. Should you wish to process an exchange please email to sales@lu-may.com (Subject Line: Your order number – Request Exchange).
    Courier fee will be on the buyers account.

International Postage

  1. What is the turnaround times? Dispatch lead times:
    This is the time from when we receive your payment to when its dispatched. It varies according to demand and stock levels.  With our Exclusive Range turnaround times will be 10 working days if the item is not in stock. If the item(s) is in stock, it should be posted within 48 hours. Please allow 1 extra day for Custom Colors and our Crochet Bikini's.
  2. I would like to order, how do I proceed? 
    Browse through our wonderful collections, and if you see something that you would like to purchase, choose your Top and Bottom Sizes, and if a color option is available, please choose that too. Check the quantity that you would like and then add it to your cart. Click on "checkout now" when you are satisfied with your items, and follow the instructions. Please note that you have to be a registered client in order to purchase from the website. Go to "Sign In" to register. When your order is placed, our customer service will be in contact with you regarding your order. We will send you an invoice and give further assistance via email. Happy Shopping!

  4. Returning incorrect product(s)
    As specified in our T&Cs, Lu-May will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the product information, availability, purchase price and associated delivery times and fees are accurately reflected on the site.
    However, should Lu-May deliver the incorrect product(s) to you by mistake please do not remove the product from its original packaging, do not remove the labels or try the product on at all. Please contact email sales@lu-may.com (subject line: your order number – Incorrect Item) within 3(three) working days. Lu-May will resolve the error by arranging to collect the incorrect product(s) from you and to deliver the correct product(s) to you as quickly as possible. Please do not try and remedy the situation by placing another order for the exact same product you were trying to purchase.
  5. Exclusions
    Unless defective, the following product types may not under any circumstances be returned to Lu-May:
  • Non-defective products that have been "made to order". (You will be notified in the relevant Online Sale if the products are "made to order".)
  • For hygiene reasons, due to their nature: non-defective underwear and earrings. You may, however return swimwear, but we'll only accept the return if the hygiene strip is still in position and it's clear the garment has merely been tried on and not worn. We also request that you keep on your underwear when trying on our swimwear.
  1. Are all items padded? 
    Most of our items are padded. Please see the product description on each product for more information. Some items are sheer and therefore not padded.
  2. How does your sizes work?
    For best possible options please email us with the item(s) you are interested in. We will need your "Dress, Bra & Bottom" sizes to assist you better. We work with all items on a daily basis, and know the pro's and con's of each suit. Make use of our customer service to ensure the best possible fit. If items doesn't fit, you are welcome to exchange, but please read our exchange policy.
  3. Discount Vouchers?
    We have two categories on our vouchers. One of R50.00 discount on your first order, excluding any sale and discounted items. This can be used on any of our Lu-may ranges, as well as items already on sale. If you receive a discount voucher from our affiliated partners, either a 10% discount or R150.00 discount voucher, you may spend it on any of the Lu-may ranges, but it does not qualify for the "Swimwear Sale" section.
  4. Do we ship out of South Africa?
    Yes, we have many clientèle in Botswana, Zimbabwe (Harare), Namibia, Mozambique, Swaziland and more. For more information on shipment outside of South-Africa email us. The prices will differ that what we already offer. 
  5. Do we ship international?
    Yes, please email us first for a quote on postage. We accept payments from Paypal or wire transfer.
  6. Plus Sizes
    Even though most of our items are available in plus size, this does not mean that it is available at the current time. We do not sell items in bulk, so please ensure to order 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

Yes, we use reliable 3rd parties to deliver our parcels.  All parcels are traceable with tracking number given.
