FAQ1. Does the prices include courier fees?
No, as courier fees varies as the petrol prices fluctuate, it is impossible to tell what that prices will be. We normally use the Post Office that has (A) an overnight service or (B) 3-5 day delivery service. We can also use specialized (C) courier services. When your order is placed, we will get back to you with the various options by email. For any inquiries, please email us on luane@lu-may.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

FAQ2. Is it save to courier my parcel?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number to track the state of your parcel. We post items every day and have a 98% satisfaction rate.

FAQ3. What postage options is available?
When you have placed your order, you will be given the following options to choose your method of post. Both options are collected from your nearest Post Office branch. 

A. Normal Post Counter to Counter (5-7 working days) at R 40.00.  Postal Address is needed.

- Collect parcel from your nearest post office - you will have to supply a South African postal address.  
  Should you give us a physical address the parcel will be sent to the nearest post office to the address given.
You will receive a tracking number to track the status of your parcel.
- Share Call Customer Care: 0860 11 502 or visit www.sapo.co.za

** Once your order is placed we will post your parcel the following business day.

B. Speed Services Counter to Counter - (following business day) at R75.00.  Postal Address is needed.

Collect parcel from your nearest post office - you will have to supply a South African postal address.  
  Should you give us a physical address the parcel will be sent to the nearest post office to the address given.
Parcel is available for collection the following business day
- You will receive a tracking number to track the status of your parcel.

C. Berco - Door to Door Delivery (following business day) at R 110.00.  Delivery address is needed.

- Delivery will be before 10:30AM the following business day
- Receiver needs to be available for delivery during working hours at the address supplied on Lu-may's 
  Registration Section when logged in.
- Contact Berco Express at (011) 457 3200 for any inquiries.

** If your order is placed before  11 AM, we will send your parcel the same day.

FAQ4. What is the turnaround times? Despatch lead times:
This is the time from when we receive your payment to when its
despatched. It varies according to demand and stock levels.
With our Exclusive Range turn around times will be between 7-10 working days if the item is not in stock. If the item(s) is in stock, it should be posted within 48 hours. Please allow 1 extra day for Custom Colors and our Crochet Bikini's.

FAQ5. I would like to order, how do I proceed?
Browse through our wonderful collections, and if you see something that you would like to purchase, choose your Top and Bottom Sizes, and if a color option is available, please choose that too. Check the quantity that you would like and then add it to your cart. Click on "checkout now" when you are satisfied with your  items, and follow the instructions. Please note that you have to be a registered client in order to purchase from the website. Go to "Log In" to register. When your order is placed, our customer service will be in contact with you regarding your order. We will send you an invoice and give further assistance via email. Happy Shopping!

FAQ6. Are all items padded?
Most of our items are padded.  Please see the product description on each product for more information.  Some items are sheer and therefore not padded.

FAQ7. How does your sizes work?
For best possible options please email us with the item(s) you are interested in.  We will need your "Dress, Bra & Bottom" sizes to assist you better.  We work with all items on a daily basis, and know the pro's and con's of each suit.  Make use of our customer service to ensure the best possible fit.  If items doesn't fit, you are welcome to exchange, but please read our exchange policy.

FAQ8. Discount Vouchers?

We have two categories on our vouchers.  One of R50.00 discount on your first order.  This can be used on any of our Lu-may ranges, as well as items already on sale.  If you receive a discount voucher from our affiliated partners, either a 10% discount or R150.00 discount voucher, you may spend it on any of the Lu-may ranges, but it does not qualify for the "Swimwear Sale" section.

FAQ9. Do we ship out of South Africa?

Yes, we have many clientele in Botswana, Zimbabwe (Harare), Namibia, Mozambique, Swaziland and more.  For more information on shipment outside of South-Africa email us. The prices will differ that what we already offer. 

FAQ10. Do we ship international?
Yes, please email us first for a quote on postage. We accept payments from Paypal.


FAQ11. Plus Sizes
Even though most of our items are available in plus size, this does not mean that it is available at the current time.  We do not sell items in bulk, so please ensure to order 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
